Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Standard UK Mainland Delivery is FREE on orders over £30.00. Orders under £30.00 will be subject to a £4.00 shipping fee. If you are outside of the UK Mainland area then please contact us for a delivery cost to your location.
We aim to ship same day if orders are placed before 2.00pm. Delivery is usually between 1-2 working days following receipt of order. You will be notified by email as soon as your item has been dispatched.
Small items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.
Other items are sent by DHL 24hr.
Delivery will require a signature so please make sure there is someone at the delivery address or a neighbour that is able to sign for the parcel.
Returns/Exchanges
We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item ordered online. Below we have outlined our online returns policy based on statutory distance selling rules.
- The customer has 14 days to return goods from the date of receiving
- Goods must be returned unused/unworn in original packaging with tags
- The customer is responsible for the return of goods and at their cost
- If exchanging goods, we will not charge for the shipping of the new item
- On receipt of goods and satisfactory inspection, a refund will be processed within 3 working days if a refund is required
- Goods must be returned to: Wandering Goat, Unit 7 Walkers Way, High Street, Wombourne, South Staffordshire, WV5 9DP
- When returning goods please simply add a note with the item(s) detailing your name, order number, reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund.
